Hi, Robert -

Good post.
And you're right, Seybold predicted a takeover of IW long ago, around $1.20+. Nothing's happened yet.

If the anticipated NR's come in, and if IW lists on NASDAQ by February/2000, we should be looking at a share price of $50, minimum, by y/e 2000. If IW brings new software to market (and they will) that share price will grow.

I am sort of sceptical about takeover rumors, because we've heard them before, and because we, as shareholders, don't need them. The deals are there, the marketing is there, the R&D is there, and the software keeps coming out.

Why would we need a takeover?

I'd be much happier to see IW grow into a premier Canadian software company, with a market cap to match. I don't think anyone is prepared to offer what it'll be worth in a year.

FWIW,

Jim
