 Sam's Clubs to Offer Massimo's Famous Italian Holiday Breads
 DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 15, 1999--Massimo Da Milano, Inc., (OTCBB:MDMI) announced today that it has reached an agreement with Wal-Mart, Inc., to offer Massimo's famous holiday bakery products in the Dallas-Fort Worth area Sam's Club Stores. Massimo's, Panettone Christmas Bread, a delicate bread rich in fresh eggs, fruit and sweet butter has origin from the Lombardy region of Italy. The history of the bread dates to the fifteenth century and is steeped in romantic legend surrounding a young baker named Tony and his fiancee. Panettone literally means "Bread of Tony" and is the traditional Christmas desert of Italy. Massimo's unique products are served in five-star hotels and restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the Massimo's tradition has been going on for over 15 years.
 MDMI is a commercial bakery producing over 50 varieties of breads, pastries, cookies and cakes.
