Opps 500,000 shares @ 1.00 and it is hanging right there today. I do not own it either. :-( Nothing else to drive it so I figured I would wait for the insider form 4 filing as verification. Already 83.3% owned by insiders. But it is a profitable company and unnoticed. :-) Gary
