Note on afterhours trading with etrade: I entered my first two AH buy orders last night. Both were filled after some delay, and reported in the alert window. A review of time and sales on Pulse showed that both were executed promptly when the trading price dropped to my level. Fill reports were a little slow, which is understandable if they are doing it manually. I was hesitant to try AH trading, but I have no problems with their performance on my first attempt. Will be trading again tonite. One nice thing is that the system is fast then, no delays due to internet traffic. Dear E*trade - please give me an IPO for Christmas.
