>>Tokyo, Dec. 16 (Bloomberg) -- DDI Corp., Japan's No. 2 long-
distance telephone company, said it will merge with two rivals,
KDD Corp. and IDO Corp., completing a nationwide cellular network
and becoming the country's biggest international phone company. <<

Are any of these companies available for purchase (direct play) via ADRs or Toyko exchange.

I believe that DDI is a sub of Kyocera, and IDO is a sub of Toyota. What about KDD? Please correct me if I am wrong in the above statement.
