Myron or anyone who can answer my question:

Hello, I have just discovered this thread, and I am delighted!
I am wondering what the latest rules and regulations affecting
SOES trading are? From information I have already gathered,
I have read that soes trades will be limited to anywhere from 100
to 500 shares. Am I correct by saying that the limit used to be
1000 shares? Reducing the number of shares that can be
purchased or sold really hurts the day traders who make 8ths or
16ths.
I was also wondering if someone could explain the software
that is available which allows remote access to soes. Is this
software substantially hurting Block Trading's business? Can
anyone buy the software? Is the software even worth buying?
Thanks a million to anyone who can answer my questions!
