Lehman Brothers has issued its top "1-Buy" recommendation on the South Korean Internet service provider's shares and set a near-term target price of $100. The company is expected to report quarterly results after the close of trading. Lehman, which lead managed the company's IPO, is expecting Korea to report revenues of $15.4 million.
