Thursday December 16, 6:21 am Eastern Time Digital River, AHL services in strategic alliance MINNEAPOLIS, Dec 16 (Reuters) - Electronic-commerce outsourcing firm Digital River (NasdaqNM:DRIV - news), said Thursday it entered a strategic alliance with business services company AHL Services Inc. (NasdaqNM:AHLS - news) to combine their Web-based business services. Under the agreement, Digital River will combine its business-to-business e-commerce services with AHL's Gage Marketing Services Division's enterprise resource planning and inventory management system. ''This partnership with AHL enables us to provide the best possible solutions and services to our e-business clients,'' said Joel Ronning, chief executive of Digital River.
