Michael,

Have you noticed the severe dilution about to befall this stock. There are some real sweetheart deals here, like to one granting some IR firm options to purchase 1.9 million shares at $1.12 for a job estimated at $105,000. Sounds like Diversified Corporate Consulting's deal with ADGI and others. It's ridiculous.

The company is loaning money to its officers at 6.5-7% and paying prime plus three on its borrowings. And, even though the loans to officers are due in nine months, they classified them as long term, probably meaning the company has no intention of collecting.

The convertible preferred allows conversion at 70% of the market price, assuring shares will be dumped on the market. Dividends are being paid in shares, further diluting the stock.

I won't be investing anytime soon. What's your opinion on this?
