Sure, its tough for existing shareholders but going in at this level youve still got a great dividend yield. They will enjoy greater retained earnings as a result of the cut, and be in much better shape financially. I am happy to have bought at 11.80. It was an even greater bargain under $12 since the next Div. is still .28. This makes the effective yield yet higher.
