Coachman, you are wrong. A copy of the brokerage statement shows a date of 7/25/99 for Bestway USA (Trade Date). The price paid was $4.50. Those shares were from that private placement which they called it a IPO. The shares were also restricted and that my friend is not even mentioned in the offering memorandum. The statement does not even show a symbol. How can that be since it was a publicly traded stock? fortunecity.com They even gave a deal off the $5 IPO price.
