It's a moot point. The externals really are all that matter.
If there is a change DWA lets everyone know right away. The chart are updated once a week but an alert will go out prior to the update should it be warranted. Just like yesterday when they announced the OPTI had reversed before it was shown on the chart.

NYSE BP has not reversed down yet.
