CDRD launch dependent on when ACeS Garuda gets scheduled for launch. This according to JOwens' contacts. messages.yahoo.com Owens seems to be conceding that the CDRD launch will be pushed back into February or March. I haven't been able to find any new lauch schedule info but by all reports a January launch for CDRD's first bird seems impossible.
