The guy starts with a prejudiced set of assumptions and then derives a conclusion which favors the prejudice. The conclusion is suitably narrow and doesn't reflect the reality of implementing the author's interpretation of the scope of the issue. Canada is an economic mess because socialism still reigns there. That's evident in this narrow minded presentation. This isn't a market oriented solution and what he has in mind would be a disaster for those whom he is trying to benefit. Who are they? Whoever is the beneficiary of intellectual perfection.
