Yes but it may depend on your broker. Charles Schwab quotes pinks (no bid/ask--just latest trade), but I haven't tried to place an order. National Discount doesn't quote but did execute an order. You may want to be careful about placing market orders as pinks might be more prone to mm manipulation since generally they are even less regulated and thinly traded than OTC stocks.
