You ask if nothing exists outside of Texas? Why my dear, of course other places exist outside of Texas. That is to say that like the Sun has planets revolving around it, so does Texas. Even some of my family live outside Texas and I hope they stay out just like you. However, if you ever choose to visit you will find yourself quite at home with the other venomous snakes found in those parts.
