I am not negative on Rosen. I am critical. That's allowed, isn't it?

Well, no, it's not allowed...
I heard, at a recent meeting for all CPQ executives, that there was insufficient catered food, and Rosen took the fish from his plate and a glass of California Chardonnay and served everyone... producing a thousand dinners of fish and wine (no veggies though). He then took Mike Winkler, head of the commercial desktop group (whom he referred to as "Mike Lazarus" for some reason) and said "Lazarus! Come forth and be profitable!" and the desktop group announced that due to an accounting error, the 3Q profits, reported at a significant loss, were actually $300M to the good!! All applauded at this good news...

In closing, I would offer this quote from the bard, which I had previously posted on the Yahoo thread (in reference to "throttle") but feel is more appropriate for the magnificent Mr. Rosen -

"Why, man, he doth bestride the narrow world
Like a Colossus, and we petty men
Walk under his huge legs and peep about
To find ourselves dishonourable graves.
Men at some time are masters of their fates:
The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars,
But in ourselves, that we are underlings"
