All of this is in the future.... E&Y is making a business plan for them. Big deal. E&Ywork with BB companies all the time. A non event.

What are the current revs for these companies? Are there audited financial statements available? A banker does not tell anyone that they will do an underwriting like you present. There is not even a business plan and they want to do an underwriting if they like the plan? Or, are they just HOPING a banker will underwrite it? A$500 million dollar value based on what? Nothing has been offered as to what these transactions represent. It's all a case of "we are going to, we will, we forsee".....

Hartcort will own 36% of the venture, what did they do to recieve that share? No money in, no assets to vend, no nothing... Oh, I see, the Chineese companies just felt like being nice guys... Or is it that they are relying on HArtcorts management expertise and that's why they got their share.....

Laura, no of this makes any sense... I thought you were going to give some real info... Just more dribble....
