What I meant to ask is this:

To your knowledge, do the majority of Indian households which have access to cable tv connect via coaxial cable or via satellite dish?

SoftNet has initiated talks with Reliance Group and Siticable to set up joint ventures in India to distribute Internet services via cable using a VSAT backbone.

When I read this, I thought it implied that many Indian households already use satellite dish, relative to the number that use a traditional coaxial cable based system.
