Nobody can argue that this latest round will substantially increase the value of Medsite. The good news is that the $19 and $36 million financing were done after JDX's which means they likely paid higher than $5U.S a share and Medsite.com had to issued less than 10 million shares for all of this money. From my count Medsite.com we will have around 35-40 million shares out when they IPO which is normal for this type of issue. With The Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Venture Partners, and Chase Capital all on board now we are laughing on getting promo for this IPO. And you probably already know that JDX is the only public company holding shares of Medsite.com. This could be fun come IPO time <ggg>

Best Regards
KEITH
