IC, Mohan. You referred to the cable market in India as highly fragmented. Under the system you have described there would be many, many local franchisees, but probably only a few franchisors. Are the cable companies you named earlier the franchisors? Are they publicly traded? Are they profitable? Is Hughes doing anything in India?
