Even though the DJBB reversed into X's recently it is now back into O's and the picure still isn't good for rates. We will need a buy signal in the index before we start to feel comfortable. The TYX is at resistance and its RS just reversed to O's which is good but the DJBB needs to create a buy signal. There is support at 98.2 for the DJBB and if it holds to reverse up that would show support. However, if it breaks the support by moving to 8 even we have another sell signal and more poopiness for rates. It will not be good if rates rise next year along with the market. I wouldn't like that at all. We have to wait and see though.
