Ellen,

JP Morgan site for MCONY ADR

Here is the link to JPM who handles MCONY ADR. This is a very good site for not only info about JPM ADRs, but ADRs in general. They provide alot of detail on institutional/fund ownership. One article I found veeerrrry interesting in light of Tim's assertion that Marconi will take out CS is a discussion of foreign companies using ADR stock as the currency for acquisition of US companies. e.g. Daimler Benz/Chrysler. I don't have a feel if this is pertinent to a CS acquisition, but the fact that the ADR price has doubled recently, in effect giving an inflated currency to purchase can't hurt. One other note on ADR trading - they are subject to the added risk of currency fluctuations, so proper risk analysis is in order before jumping in. I'm not an expert in international finance or ADRs, and would appreciate any other info the more experienced on the thread can add.

This link will take you to a site use acceptance screen, if you agree, you'll be taken to the JPM ADR site for MCONY.
