Doesn't it feel like July? 1.Long bond has made a round trip, from 6.4 to 6.0 and back. 2. unemployment unsustainably low, consumption unsustainably high, trade deficit unsustainably high, and incompatable with the dollar's status as global reserve currency, 3. the realization slowly sinking in that the fed isn't done yet, 4. techs advance, everything else stalls, a/d line horrible 5. lots of volatility, big moves in individual stocks based of trivial news, because investor's mood is finely balanced between fear of missing the next doubling in YHOO, and fear of a return to normal valuations in stocks.
