Mike, thanx for your input re: cellphones/handhelds/Palm. The reason I agree w/ you that Palm's marketshare may be very tough to undo is, as I mentioned earlier, it reminds me of RealPlayer, but much much better. I was simply struck by the fanatical adoration of Palm users. And the company constantly offers great upgrades, while the older versions are still popular and still sell well. Eveng iven MSFT's relentlessness, brand name is already established (and the name is a great one), and isn't that the first lesson about gorillas, they grab market share early and fast and nobody can play catchup?

Also, Cha2 thanx for that info about Phone.com it sounds fascinating I'm looking into it immediately
