Yes, Not only that but they are currently in the midst of a HUGE expansion of their main campus. It is a huge facility already taking up several square miles and comprised of over 40 seperate buildings I believe. Alot of people dont realize just how HUGE Microsoft is. If they ever went out of business the Seattle economy (as well as many others) would suffer greatly. I also understand they own other parcels in that area plus options on vacant land and buildings.
