I was checking Ingenico web site the other day.. Pretty dated.. Old information... By the way, Ingenico refers CMIV as their north american subsidiary, if I remember correctly.. I am not sure when CMIV's share holder rights plan expires and if any one would be interested to buy them out.. One thing interesting if we can find out is if there have been any new institutional money buying. But once the tax loss selling is out of the way, it should recover some what... I am debating right now whether I want to contribute to the tax loss selling....
