I think most everyone shares your sentiments Scoobey-do Thats a pretty intriguing post by Keith, certainly gets you thinking. The shareholders and the BOD control without doubt the majority vote. It is very unlikely that anyone group could wrestle the vote to their benefit. VERY UNLIKELY!!!! The only shares that MM's can use to their advantage for shorting are ones held in Margin Accounts. The two ways to combat that is to either call for certs. of which they are then held in certification form and or place a GTC order for a much higher price with your broker. Say like 50.00 bucks. This locks up the shares for no other transactions except upon your execution of the order. Best regards WB
