Ken, it would appear that a sweetener HAS to be considered -- unfortunately, I already bailed out (about a month ago) figuring this was dead money. Fortunately, the stock in which I invested the proceeds has doubled in that time...

For all the CEGE longs, I hope you do get a restructuring of the terms because the original deal was a joke. Management should be ashamed of themselves.
