LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 16, 1999--Go OnLine Networks Corp. (OTCBB:GONTE - news) announced today that the civil actions involving the former Jones Naughton Entertainment Inc. and Real Estate Television Network Inc., which actions were entitled Jones Naughton Entertainment Inc. v. AmeriNet Financial Systems Inc., San Bernardino County Superior Court, West District Case No. RCV 35053, and AmeriNet Financial Systems Inc., et al. v. Victoria Buckley, et al., District Court, City and County of Denver, State of Colorado, Civil Action No. CV 3417 have both been dismissed with prejudice by all parties.
These actions were resolved to the satisfaction of all parties, with no admissions of any kind by the parties. Pursuant to the settlement, HomeSpace Services Inc. (formerly known as AmeriNet Financial Systems Inc.) transferred 200,000 shares of restricted common stock of its parent, HomeSpace Inc., subject to certain rights of first refusal and other restrictions, and the sum of $100,000 to Go On Line Networks Corp. Additional terms of the settlement are subject to a confidentiality agreement among the parties.
