I can tell you being a South Florida boy he is dead on with his response to the question asked below. Homestead was pretty much vacated since hurricane Andrew just blew everything away down there. Now alot of new businesses have sprung up including the speedway and the area is starting to look like a whole new town, many residents left after the hurricane but are slowly returning. There are alot of nurseries and I mean alot like he stated. So I can vouch for that. Q. Are you gaining any competitive advantage with the new facility, other than increased production capacity? A. Absolutely. This facility will be located in the heart of Florida's wholesale nursery industry. We will be located within 20 minutes drive time of more than two-thirds of our customers. Our company will then become the only supplier located directly within this Homestead market. This means we not only save on delivery expenses, but we also gain a geographic advantage over our competitors.
