Kevin, I just happen to have the voter proxy card in front of me. It came in the mail about 2 days ago. I am nearly 100% sure the shareholders will vote for proposal number 3 which would split the shares. form 1,4000,000,000 to 4,500,000,000.

If you get a great deal, maybe the K6 is right for you. Have you seen any advertised systems yet with the K6? I would be curious to see the cost differential for an entire system.
