Tom, I talked to the management 10 days ago and what you observed regarding the debentures is exactly right. select advisors who were supposed to work with the company in this deal are dumping their shares into the market and driving the share price down. We can expect this to last maybe until the end of this month. From what I know select advisors are taking everyone to the cleaners in this deal. They were trusted and given a good deal by Dil Gujral but looks like they have broken the trust for their own gain in this matter. I am told we can expect this rough ride atleast until the end of the month. Ramesh
