Paul, I am using the calls to play krog. Worth the small premium to avoid possibility of deal collapse. Have the March 15 calls. Watch aeic tomorrow. Extension of tender date is completely rational. Short time period to meet tender(announced 11/19 with initial tender date of 12/17) was not to be expected with European and HSR approvals both needed. I plan to go fishing tomorrow at about 31 7/8 and believe successful completion has high probability. Annualized return above 20% on 1 1/8 for two months.
