GZMO and GZTC and GZTR are all "tracking stocks" for GENZ. Many of the key employees are on GENZ's payroll, and the decisions are all made with the input of the GENZ management. These "companies" are really divisions of GENZ, just formed so that R&D expenses do not impact the bottom line of the parent company.
