That came up in the interview of Paul Cook (the internet fund, I think?) on cnbc 2 days ago.

Actually, I couldn't tell if he was merging his commentary on vert and icge or if he was just talking vert. But he did say that vert was many businesses, and he expected some creative finance deals, etc. But that second part could have been referring to icge. I don't think there was enough in his statements to take as a given.
