i did some reading on the companies filing: it looks as if there is about 100,000,000 shares held within the company insiders. at $4/share, thats a 400MM market cap. pretty large considering no sales, however, BLDP another fuel cell company in the auto industry is currently valued at $2Billion, and only has a few million in annual revenue, 10-40 range i think. so maybe were not too far out of line.
