VTIV provides global marketing and sales services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostics companies. For the nine months ended 9/30/99, revenues increased 10% $254.2M. Net loss decreased 70% to $342K. Revenues reflect new contracts secured, a compensation payment received, and the purchase of HCP. Lower loss reflects the absence of $742K compensation paid tocertain stockholders and lower acquisition costs.
