** Shatner ventures into 21st century with Priceline.com William Shatner has renewed his endorsement contract with Priceline.com (PCLN). As part of the new two-year pact announced Thursday, the name-your-price-retailer said Shatner will be featured in new TV commercials in the first quarter of 2000. Priceline.com also said it has licensed its business model to a privately held company, WebHouse Club, which is selling groceries in several East Coast markets. Priceline.com said it received warrants allowing it to purchase a majority equity stake in the WebHouse Club.
