Hi Carlos; The "speculative buy" is not a fact of the company issuing the statement but regulation the IDA forces companies to say when giving recommendations. The facts are clear, target price $16. 1 year time period. IDA requirements will always skip my interperations. Regardless, I too an holding the jawz bull by the horns and have ever intention or riding it till the horn blows flip
