SEEMS THAT SETTLEMENT IS TO BE ANNONCED BY YEAR-END According to some close sources who are aware of the negociations between DOJ and Msft it looks like they are very close to a deal. Mr. Gates has made it very clear that he wants a deal by year-end so as to close this chapter and move on to Windows 2000. It also appears that major funds are buying this stock as a investment when trading begins in Hong Kong. Kind of before the rush. Volume says all; 3 days of + 60 million shares means that big boys are loading up. Earnings should be great as was evidenced by Oracle results. Good Luck.
