Use weakness to add to your position. I do not know about you, but I have found that when I am "micromanaging" a position if I sell when its down, I kick myself and wish I had the courage to buy more. For those who wanted to see 30 by now, have lost patience and are gone.
For those who do not have confidence in the patent may be gone too.
If you are losing sleep, sell! I am sleeping real well.
Is the patent no good, too broad, etc. So, "expose it". IBM examined it. I know they found it to be valid. Knowing that, its "good enough" for me. For the non-believers, expose the "emptyness" of the claims.
