Captain Jack, it is interesting to note that the market is keeping the .4 exchange rate rather than the .45. This has been fairly consistent. The higher MSFT share goes, the greater the dollar spread, and the more reason to buy VSIO (.05 of 114 is higher than .05 of 90). Right now, the spread is ~6 1/2 bucks!
