The last time I read that parts were on allocation was back when disk drives were in high demand. Back then Seagate doubled within three months of the news. I won't be surprised to see CY rise significantly from here. My target price is in the high 30s. The average recommendation went up last week: biz.yahoo.com Ted the Technician
