Please give due consideration to nominating & appointing to the
Board of Directors, Mr. Cecil Musgrave. Mr. Musgrave is responsible
for myself & many others becoming shareholders in STS. Many of us
repose a tremendous degree of confidence in his market acumen. While
members of the current board may have alot of mining expertise, I feel
that Cecils market expertise will help enhance shareholder value (including insiders) in the coming difficult months as they company
