Stockholder Meeting - 16 Dec 99

Greeting fellow CYGS stockholders,

Excellent meeting. Met some of you from these threads and met some others from around the world.

Highlight was being mistaken for a basher by a very charming young lady ...

Lowlight was being informed that the filter and plug had been misplaced during the move into the new offices and we were deprived of Del's internationally famous cold brewed coffee ... fortunately the US Marshals and Texas National Guard were able to quell the riot ...

** Company is virtually DEBT FREE ... we don't owe anyone.

** Del reviewed the 20 PR's from 1999. Traced the progress through the year. From the low point where Lawrence Mealey passed away to the joint venture with PCCA. These are all available on the website.

** Financing is on hand to get us through AD2000. Budget is for $2 million, with about half of it going to R&D.

** Heard from President of PCCA. The CYGS/PCCA merger is match made in heaven. It gives pharmacists a unique opportunity to use the vector immediately in compounding prescriptions for physicians and vets. We could be seeing INCOME from this during the next quarter. The marketing system is most unique.

** We voted to change the name to Cytogenics.

** Mike Skillern explained the second generation vector ... if he had used more English instead of technospeak, maybe I could pass it along, but watch the website over the next few days.

** More patent applications on the way.

** Malcome and Pres. Of PCCA explained how the vector can be used now without full approval and following the long drawn out process previously required by FDA. I'm not going to try to explain it because I would probably make a mistake or two.

More to follow
