Joan got my investor pack today.

Impressed by the product but not the rest of the presentation in the
pack. Very amateurish. Cover letter was to someone besides myself,
grammar and spelling errors,all photo copies were copies of copies of copies of copies (don't they keep master copies of send outs?). You get the idea. A professional would not let such a mess leave their office.

I was glad to see that some management changes are coming. I would
like to jump on this one and if the new management looks good I'm
in. In the mean time they need to replace whoever is responsible for
those investor packs.

Hope I don't sound too negative because like you I think they have
a good product.

PS: Have not had the nerve to slam the egg against the wall yet.
Have dropped it to the floor a few times from about 8 feet.
