Globe says Cybersurf plans special warrants Cybersurf Corp CY Shares issued 22,777,162 1999-12-13 close $4.3 Tuesday Dec 14 1999 The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday Dec. 14, edition that Cybersurf jumped 85 cents to $4.30 yesterday on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Globe's Market Movers column reports that Cybersurf has entered into an agreement to raise $25-million to fuel its growth. The deal, led by Yorkton Securities, will see Cybersurf issue 8.33 million special warrants at $3 each. Cybersurf, which has 180,000 registered users in Calgary and Edmonton, will use the proceeds to finance its expansion into Toronto.
