Karl-

Insiders hold about 35% of the stock and institutions hold about 60%. Although some of the institutional % can be considered float, there's probably only about 1 million shares in the hands of individual investors. Bob Daniels (former CEO) said that he is considering various ways to boost the value of the stock, which he considers to be no where near its true value. He didn't mention what this would involve.

As far as the chart goes, I still don't see it as a good buy. There has been a reduced amount of selling pressure, but there is still no uptrend at all, and the stock may drift further down. Also, I've not heard any explanation for the increased expenses this past Q. IR has not returned my phone calls, either. Just because the company is hiring people, it doesn't mean they're doing great (I'm not suggesting that they're having problems).

I don't see a fundamental or technical reason to buy PSDI yet. I need some answers, and I need to see an uptrend. Perhaps the 10-Q will be helpful.

Good luck.

Todd
