QCOM wins no matter what. Well maybe not....The only concrete announcement about rollout involved a company called Airspan (from a couple of months ago). They do broadband CDMA in a fixed environment. See the following post by wireless wonk for details.... Message 11638981 I cant remember the consensus on weather QCOM's IPR is involved. I know that Q's IPR is much less involved when talking about fixed applications..... However today's press release said that they would be attempting both a fixed and mobile rollout.....hopefully at least the mobile part will involve CDMA (Q's version). Slacker
